This project empowers early career researchers (ECRs) from the UK and India to tackle global challenges such as environmental protection and sustainable urban development. Focusing on “smart, sustainable, and green” (SSG) cities, the initiative combines international collaboration, creative workshops, and practical training.

Dr. Suruchi specializes in Agricultural Biotechnology, using advanced genomics to enhance disease resistance in crops. Her research supports urban agriculture and sustainability by developing climate-resilient, nutrient-efficient crops for urban and peri-urban areas.
